Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest urządzenie do uwęglania biomasy w postaci pionowego reaktora, zaopatrzonego w kolumnę do suszenia i odgazowania biomasy oraz komorę spalania ze stożkowym rusztem i zgarniakiem, które składa się z zasobnika znajdującego się w górnej części urządzenia połączonego hermetycznie z wnętrzem urządzenia, a wewnątrz urządzenia znajduje się metalowa pionowa retorta (2). Wewnątrz niej znajduje się rura wewnętrzna, na której nawinięta jest wstęga ślimaka, pochylona pod kątem od 30° do 60° względem płaszczyzny bocznej rury. Retorta (2) zakończona jest walcowym elementem. W górnej części retorty (2) umieszczone są otwory. Wirowa komora spalania (9) posiada kształt cylindra. W jej bocznych ścianach zabudowane są stycznie dysze. Poniżej retorty (2) oraz walcowego elementu znajduje się ścięty stożek (10). Nad powierzchnią stożka (10) znajduje się mieszadło (8). Retorta (2) jest w okrągłym kanale spalinowym (5). Retorta (2) na zewnętrznej powierzchni posiada dodatkowy ślimak (3). W części cylindrycznej zabudowane są co najmniej dwa poziomy rurek (11). W dolnej części urządzenia zabudowany jest układ wyprowadzania produktu.The subject of the application is a device for biomass carbonization in the form of a vertical reactor, equipped with a column for drying and degassing biomass and a combustion chamber with a conical grate and scraper, which consists of a container located in the upper part of the device hermetically connected to the inside of the device, and inside the device metal vertical retort (2). Inside it there is an inner pipe, on which the screw web is wound, inclined at an angle of 30 ° to 60 ° with respect to the lateral plane of the pipe. The retort (2) is ended with a cylindrical element. There are holes in the upper part of the retort (2). The swirl combustion chamber (9) has the shape of a cylinder. Tangential jets are built into its side walls. Below the retort (2) and the cylindrical element is the truncated cone (10). Above the cone (10) is the agitator (8). The retort (2) is in the round flue (5). The retort (2) has an additional screw (3) on the outer surface. The cylindrical part has at least two levels of pipes (11). The bottom of the device has a built-in product discharge system.
