Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest modyfikator asfaltowego lepiszcza o zredukowanej emisji siarkowodoru. Modyfikator charakteryzuje się tym, że zawiera mieszaninę o składzie 100 części wagowych rozdrobnionego recyklatu gumowego, 0,1 do 3,0 części wagowych komponentu donoru siarki, 0,1 do 3,0 części wagowych przyspieszacza sieciowania i od 0,1 do 3,0 części wagowych akceptora siarkowodoru, zwilżoną roztworem kopolimeru styren - butadien - styren w ilości 10 do 70 części wagowych o stężeniu od 10 do 30% części wagowych. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest również sposób modyfikacji asfaltowego lepiszcza z użyciem modyfikatora, w którym na 1000 części wagowych lepiszcza ogrzanego do temperatury otaczania dodaje się 50 do 200 części wagowych modyfikatora o podanym składzie i kontynuuje się ogrzewanie oraz mieszanie przez 60 do 200 minut, a następnie zmodyfikowane lepiszcze miesza się z wypełniaczami mineralnymi i po ujednoliceniu kondycjonuje w czasie 10 do 60 minut.The subject of the application is an asphalt binder modifier with reduced hydrogen sulfide emission. The modifier is characterized in that it contains a mixture of 100 parts by weight of ground rubber recyclate, 0.1 to 3.0 parts by weight of a sulfur donor component, 0.1 to 3.0 parts by weight of a crosslinking accelerator and from 0.1 to 3.0 parts by weight of hydrogen sulfide acceptor, moistened with a solution of styrene-butadiene-styrene copolymer in an amount of 10 to 70 parts by weight at a concentration of 10 to 30% by weight. The subject of the application is also a method of modifying the asphalt binder using a modifier in which 50 to 200 parts by weight of a modifier with the specified composition are added to 1000 parts by weight of the binder heated to the surrounding temperature and heating and mixing are continued for 60 to 200 minutes, followed by the modified binder it mixes with mineral fillers and after unifying it conditions for 10 to 60 minutes.
