Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób syntezy zeolitów z popiołów powstałych ze spalarni i współspalania biomasy polegający na alkalicznej i hydrotermalnej aktywacji w warunkach podwyższonego ciśnienia charakteryzujący się tym, że do ciśnieniowego reaktora wprowadza się kompozycję popiołu lotnego zawierającego w swym składzie chemicznym składniki tlenkowe w ilości SiO2 20 - 60% wagowych, Al2O3 2,1 - 13% wagowych, która to kompozycja zawiera popioły powstałe ze spalania i/lub współspalania biomasy, dodaje się czynnik alkaliczny w ilości od 1 do 20 ml na 1 g kompozycji popiołu lotnego, opcjonalnie wprowadza się czynniki modyfikujące, tak otrzymaną mieszaninę miesza się, wstępnie podnosi ciśnienie w układzie reakcyjnym do poziomu 0,1 - 0,6 MPa, utrzymuje układ reakcyjny w tym stanie przez okres od 2 do 10 minut, następnie układ reakcyjny podgrzewa się do temperatury powyżej 70°C ze stałą prędkością przy jednoczesnym wzroście ciśnienia w układzie reakcyjnym do poziomu powyżej 1 MPa, korzystnie do poziomu 1,1 - 1,8 MPa i utrzymuje układ reakcyjny w tym stanie przez okres od 1 - 6 godzin, następnie układ reakcyjny chłodzi się ze stałą prędkością, usuwa z układu reakcyjnego nadmiar czynnika alkalicznego, a otrzymany produkt przemywa się wodą o podwyższonej temperaturze, myje do zadanej wartości pH w wodzie popłucznej, a następnie suszy, przy czym do sporządzenia kompozycji popiołów lotnych do syntezy zeolitów używa się materiałów takich jak: popioły lotne pochodzące ze spalania biomasy w kotłach rusztowych i fluidalnych; popioły lotne pochodzące ze współspalania biomasy w kotłach rusztowych i fluidalnych z węglem, w proporcjach węgla do biomasy od 100:1 do 1:100, mieszanki popiołów lotnych powstałe poprzez zmieszanie popiołów ze spalania lub współspalania biomasy oraz popiołów ze spalania węgla w odpowiednich proporcjach.The subject of the application is a method for the synthesis of zeolites from ashes arising from the incineration and co-firing of biomass consisting of alkaline and hydrothermal activation under conditions of elevated pressure characterized by the fact that the pressure reactor is introduced into a composition of fly ash containing in its chemical composition oxide components in the amount of SiO2 20 - 60 % by weight, Al2O3 2.1 - 13% by weight, which composition contains ashes resulting from the combustion and / or co-firing of biomass, an alkaline agent is added in an amount of 1 to 20 ml per 1 g of fly ash composition, modifying agents are optionally added, the mixture thus obtained is mixed, the pressure in the reaction system is initially increased to a level of 0.1 - 0.6 MPa, the reaction system is maintained in this state for a period of 2 to 10 minutes, then the reaction system is heated to a temperature above 70 ° C with a constant speed while increasing pressure in the system reaction system to a level above 1 MPa, preferably to a level of 1.1 - 1.8 MPa, and maintains the reaction system in this state for a period of 1-6 hours, then the reaction system is cooled at a constant speed, excess alkali is removed from the reaction system , and the obtained product is washed with water at elevated temperature, washed to the set pH value in the wash water, and then dried, while materials used to prepare the composition of fly ash for the synthesis of zeolites are: fly ash from biomass combustion in grate boilers and fluidized bed; fly ash from biomass co-firing in grate and fluidized bed boilers with coal, in the ratio of coal to biomass from 100: 1 to 1: 100, fly ash mixtures resulting from the mixing of ashes from combustion or co-firing of biomass and ashes from coal combustion in appropriate proportions.
