Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest proteza ucha środkowego, w szczególności łańcucha przewodzącego ucha środkowego, zawierająca pierwszą część sprężynową (2) stanowiącą sprężynę o wielu zwojach, o długości Lm z zakresu od 0,2 mm do 10 mm oraz drugą część sprężynową (3), stanowiącą sprężynę o co najmniej jednym zwoju, o długości Lk z zakresu od 0,1 mm do 4 mm, przy czym pierwsza część sprężynowa (2) oraz druga część sprężynowa (3) wykonane są z drutu z materiału posiadającego moduł Younga E z zakresu od 7 • 1010 N/m2 do 11,4 • 1010 N/m2, gęstość ρ z zakresu od 4 • 103 kg/m3 do 20 • 103 kg/m3, współczynnik Poissona v z zakresu od 0,34 do 0,44, przy czym pierwsza część sprężynowa (2) jest połączona z drugą częścią sprężynową (3) tak, że oś symetrii obrotowej pierwszej części sprężynowej (2) jest pod kątem α1 względem osi symetrii obrotowej drugiej części sprężynowej (3) zawierającym się w przedziale od 5° do 160°.
