Zgłoszenie dotyczy sposobu otrzymywania 7-O-ß-D-4-O-metylo-glukopiranozylo-4',5-dihydroksyflawanonu, o wzorze 2, na drodze transformacji mikrobiologicznej, przy użyciu systemu enzymatycznego grzybów strzępkowych z gatunku Beauveria bassiana, gdzie jako substrat stosuje się 4',5,7-trihydroksyflawanon, o wzorze 1. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest także związek otrzymywany powyższym sposobem."The application concerns a method for obtaining 7-O-ß-D-4-O-methyl-glucopyranosyl-4',5-dihydroxyflavanone of the formula 2 by microbiological transformation, using the enzymatic system of the filamentous fungus of the species Beauveria bassiana, where as a substrate 4',5,7-trihydroxyflavanone of the formula I is used. The subject of the application is also a compound obtained by the above method."
