Niepalną termoaktywną osłonę ognioochronną stanowią płyty (1) z cienkiej niepalnej membrany, pokryte jednostronnie od wewnątrz warstwą aktywnego na (działanie temperatury preparatu ogniochronnego (2), przy czym płyty (1) łączone są ze sobą i z powierzchnią chronionej konstrukcji (3) za pomocą ceownika (4) umocowanego na wsporniku montażowym (5), wyposażonym w śrubę mocującą (6) oraz regulowaną stopkę (7) mocowaną do powierzchni chronionej (3), oraz dodatkowo łączone za sobą za pomocą listwy mocującej (8), usytuowanej w ceowniku (4) i pokrytej aktywnym na działanie temperatury preparatem ogniochronnym (2).
