Abstract

Kosiarka rotacyjna dwubębnowa zawiera ramę zawieszenia, na której zamocowany jest wysięgnik, z którym przegubowo jest połączona wygięta rama główna z zamocowanymi w sposób nierozłączny kształtownikami rurowymi, w których ułożyskowane są wały napędowe lewy i prawy do których zamocowane są od dołu talerze górne z nożami oraz osłaniającym je bębnem lewym i prawym oraz obrotowo zamocowanymi talerzami ślizgowymi, przy czym od góry na wale napędowym bębna lewego i prawego zamocowane są koła pasowe, zaś z lewej strony ramy głównej osadzona jest przekładnia zębata kątowa, na której osadzone jest koło pasowe na wale wejściowym i koło pasowe na wale wyjściowym przekładni zębatej, przy czym koło pasowe na wale wyjściowym jest połączone pasami klinowymi z kołem pasowym osadzonym na wale bębna prawego z zamocowanym kołem napinającym, zaś w ramie zawieszenia osadzona jest przystawka, w której ułożyskowany jest wał przyjęcia mocy zakończony z przodu wielowypustem, zaś z tyłu zamocowane jest koło pasowe, które połączone jest pasami klinowymi z kołem pasowym osadzonym na wale wejściowym charakteryzuje się tym, że z koła pasowego (12) osadzonego na wale (5) bębna prawego (9) napęd bezkrzyżowo przekazywany jest pasem klinowym na koło pasowe (11) osadzone na wale (4) bębna lewego (8) z udziałem koła napinającego (25).The double-drum rotary mower includes a suspension frame on which the boom is mounted, to which the bent main frame is articulated with inseparably attached tubular sections in which the left and right drive shafts are mounted, to which the upper discs with knives and the protective shield are attached from the bottom them with left and right drums and rotatably mounted sliding plates, with pulleys mounted on the drive shaft of the left and right drums from above, and on the left side of the main frame there is a bevel gear, on which a pulley on the input shaft and a wheel belt pulleys on the output shaft of the gear transmission, where the pulley on the output shaft is connected by V-belts to the pulley mounted on the shaft of the right drum with the tensioning pulley attached, and the suspension frame is fitted with an adapter in which the power take-off shaft is mounted, ending with a spline at the front and a belt wheel is attached to the back connected by V-belts to the pulley mounted on the input shaft, the drive is transmitted through the V-belt to the pulley (11) mounted on the shaft (5) of the right drum (9). the shaft (4) of the left drum (8) with the tensioning wheel (25).
