Abstract
Zgłoszenie dotyczy sposobu wytwarzania wzbogaconych kompozytów polimerowych, pozyskiwanych z recyklingu, wyróżniających się znaczenie lepszymi parametrami niż kompozyty dotychczas znane i stosowane. Sposób polega na tym, że polietylen pochodzący z recyklingu umieszcza się w bębnie wytłaczarki, po czym dodaje się napełniacze, a następnie wszystkie składniki homogenizuje się poddając wirowaniu i podgrzewaniu do temperatury 190 - 270°C. Jako napełniacze stosuje się zeolit, korzystnie w postaci klinoptilolitu użyty w ilości 1 - 10%, korzystnie 8% części wagowych i krzemian miedzi (CuO.SiO2) użyty w ilości 1 - 3%, korzystnie 2% części wagowych. Gdy zhomogenizowana kompozycja polimerowa osiągnie postać jednorodnej masy przemieszcza się ją do wtryskarki i poddaje granulacji.The application relates to a method of producing enriched polymer composites, obtained from recycling, which are distinguished by their better parameters than previously known and used composites. The method consists in placing recycled polyethylene in an extruder barrel, then adding fillers, and then all ingredients are homogenized by centrifugation and heating to 190 - 270 ° C. Zeolite is used as fillers, preferably in the form of clinoptilolite used in an amount of 1 - 10%, preferably 8% by weight and copper silicate (CuO.SiO2) used in an amount of 1-3%, preferably 2% by weight. When the homogenized polymer composition reaches the form of a homogeneous mass, it is transferred to the injection molding machine and granulated.
