Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania prepolimeru poli(sebacynianu glicerolu), który polega na tym, że mieszaninę kwasu sebacynowego z glicerolem w stosunku molowym 1:2 do 1:5 ogrzewa się w temperaturze 130 - 170°C przez 4 - 8 h, z odbieraniem wody i intensywnym mieszaniem oraz w przepływie gazu inertnego, następnie mieszaninę schładza się do temperatury poniżej 30°C i dodaje się rozpuszczalnik eterowy, przy czym stosunek objętościowy rozpuszczalnika do mieszaniny poreakcyjnej wynosi od 5:1 do 20:1, po czym otrzymany roztwór wkrapla się do wody o temperaturze poniżej 10°C, z intensywnym mieszaniem, zaś po wkropleniu całego roztworu organicznego do wody mieszaninę chłodzi się do temperatury -5 - 5°C, następnie filtruje się pod zmniejszonym ciśnieniem w temperaturze 0 - 10°C, po czym produkt suszy się.The subject of the application is a method for preparing a poly (glycerol sebacate) prepolymer, which consists in a mixture of sebacic acid and glycerol in a molar ratio of 1: 2 to 1: 5 is heated at a temperature of 130 - 170 ° C for 4 - 8 hours, with collection water and with intensive stirring and in the flow of inert gas, then the mixture is cooled to a temperature below 30 ° C and an ether solvent is added, the volume ratio of the solvent to the reaction mixture is from 5: 1 to 20: 1, after which the resulting solution is added dropwise to water at a temperature below 10 ° C, with intensive stirring, and after all the organic solution has been added to the water, the mixture is cooled to -5-5 ° C, then filtered under reduced pressure at 0-10 ° C, after which the product is drying.
