Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób otrzymywania monochloropropanodioli z gliceryny, który polega na tym, że glicerynę miesza się z kwasem chlorowodorowym w postaci roztworu wodnego o stężeniu 35 ÷ 38% mas, w stosunku molowym od 10:1 do 1:1, po czym prowadzi się proces hydrochlorowania bez użycia katalizatora i dodatkowego rozpuszczalnika, w czasie 2 ÷ 15 h, w temperaturze 80 ÷ 130°C i pod ciśnieniem 0,1 ÷ 0,2 MPa, przy zastosowaniu jako czynnika grzewczego promieniowania mikrofalowego o częstotliwości od 50 MHz do 200 GHz i o mocy od 10 W do 1000 W.The subject of the application is the method of obtaining monochloropropanediols from glycerin, which consists in mixing glycerin with hydrochloric acid in the form of an aqueous solution with a concentration of 35 ÷ 38% by weight, in a molar ratio from 10: 1 to 1: 1, followed by the process hydrochlorination without the use of a catalyst and additional solvent, during 2 ÷ 15 h, at a temperature of 80 ÷ 130 ° C and a pressure of 0.1 ÷ 0.2 MPa, using microwave radiation with a frequency of 50 MHz to 200 GHz as a heating medium and power from 10 W to 1000 W.
