Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób otrzymywania N-(4-aminofenylo)ferrocenokarboksyamidu o wzorze 1, który polega na tym, że kwas ferrocenokarboksylowy poddaje się reakcji z N-(tert-butoksykarbonyloamino)benzeno-1,4-diaminą użytą w ilości 1,2 ekwiwalenta w stosunku do kwasu, w obecności chlorowodorku karbodiimidu alifatycznego zawierającego 8 atomów węgla oraz 4-(dimetyloamino)pirydyny w rozpuszczalniku aprotonowym, będącym chlorowcopochodną metanu. Reakcję prowadzi się w temperaturze pokojowej, a następnie otrzymany N-(4-(N'-Tert-butoksykarbonyloamino)fenylo)ferrocenokarboksyamid wyodrębnia się metodą ekstrakcji i poddaje się reakcji z mocnym, alifatycznym kwasem organicznym zawierającym 2 atomy węgla użytym w ilości 20 ekwiwalentów w stosunku do amidu w rozpuszczalniku aprotonowym, będącym chlorowcopochodną metanu, przy czym reakcję prowadzi się w temperaturze pokojowej a produkt reakcji wyodrębnia się metodą ekstrakcji.The subject of the application is a method for the preparation of N- (4-aminophenyl) ferrocenecarboxamide of formula 1, which consists in reacting ferrocenecarboxylic acid with N- (tert-butoxycarbonylamino) benzene-1,4-diamine used in the amount of 1.2 equivalents with respect to the acid, in the presence of an 8-carbon aliphatic carbodiimide hydrochloride and 4- (dimethylamino) pyridine in an aprotic solvent which is a halogen derivative of methane. The reaction is carried out at room temperature, and then the obtained N- (4- (N'-Tert-butoxycarbonylamino) phenyl) ferrocenecarboxamide is isolated by extraction and reacted with a strong, aliphatic organic acid containing 2 carbon atoms used in the amount of 20 equivalents in ratio to amide in an aprotic solvent, which is a halogen derivative of methane, where the reaction is carried out at room temperature and the reaction product is isolated by extraction.
