Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania zbrykietowanej kostki biowęglowej i zbrykietowana kostka biowęglową. Sposób wytwarzania zbrykietowanej kostki biowęglowej polega na tym, że do przygotowania masy zarobowej wykorzystuje się drobnouziarniony węgiel kamienny lub brunatny, w ilości od 1 do 98%, który miesza się z trocinami, w ilości 69 do 1%, lepiszczem w ilości od 30 do 1%, dodatkami (katalizatory i uplastyczniacze masy) i niewielką ilością wody. Przygotowaną masę poddaje się zagęszczeniu znanymi sposobami, w celu otrzymania wyrobu, w postaci kostki. Zbrykietowana kostka biowęglowa jako wyrób wytwarzany ww. sposobem ma regularną postać przestrzenną, w kształcie zbliżonym do sześcianu, korzystnie o wymiarach boków a = 10 cm, lub do prostopadłościanu, korzystnie o wymiarach: a = 5, b = 5, h = 10 cm.The subject of the application is a method for producing a granulated biocarbon cube and a granulated biocarbon cube. The method of producing the briquetted biocarbon cube consists in the use of finely divided hard or brown coal, in an amount of 1 to 98%, which is mixed with sawdust, in an amount of 69 to 1%, with a binder in an amount of 30 to 1 %, additives (catalysts and plasticizers) and a small amount of water. The prepared mass is concentrated by known methods to obtain a product in the form of a cube. Briquetted biocarbon cube as a product manufactured by the abovementioned the method has a regular spatial form, in the shape similar to a cube, preferably with dimensions of sides a = 10 cm, or to a cuboid, preferably with dimensions: a = 5, b = 5, h = 10 cm.
