Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia są związki chemiczne o działaniu przeciwuszkodzeniowym i/lub neuroprotekcyjnym o wzorze ogólnym A1-H2N-(RGD)n-amid-A2, gdzie n=1-10. Korzystnie wybrane są z grupy: RGD1; RGD2; RGD3; RGD4; AcRGD1; AcRGD3, RGD10-PM; RGD10-PS. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób otrzymywania związku RGD10-PS i jego pochodnych na drodze biologicznej. Zgłoszenie obejmuje też zastosowanie i sposób oznaczania aktywności związków chemicznych o działaniu przeciwuszkodzeniowym i/lub neuroprotekcyjnym na poziomie komórkowym poprzez analizowanie in vitro sześciu czynników uszkodzeniowych: deprywację glukozy; inhibicję oddychania komórkowego przez azydek sodu; acydozę poprzez zakwaszenie pH=6.35 mleczanem sodu; ekscytotoksyczność wywołaną NMDA; ekscytotoksytczność wywołaną kwasem glutaminowym; ekscytotoksyczność wywołaną kwasem kainowym, względem komórek neuralnych. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest, ponadto zestaw do oznaczania aktywności neuroprotekcyjnej powyższych związków chemicznych.
