Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest fuzyjna polimeraza kwasu jednołańcuchowego DNA Bst połączona z białkiem NeqSSB na N-końcu polimerazy za pomocą 6-aminokwasowego linkera o sekwencji aminokwasowej Gly-Ser-Gly-Gly-Val-Asp, gdzie wspomniana polimeraza występuje w trzech różnych odmianach oraz sposób jej otrzymywania. Ponadto przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest cząsteczka kwasu nukleinowego kodująca fuzyjną polimerazę DNA NeqSSB-Bst Full Length, Large Fragment, Short Fragment oraz zastosowanie in vitro fuzyjnej polimerazy kwasu jednołańcuchowego DNA Bst.
