Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia są nowe związki mające zastosowanie w diagnostyce stanu zapalnego i nowotworów. Pierwsze dwa związki to związek o wzorze ogólnym: ABZ1-Leu2-Glu3-Pro4-Val5-X6, gdzie: ABZ oznacza kwas 2-aminobenzoesowy, X to oznacza ANB-NH2 lub pNA, przy czym ANB-NH2 oznacza amid kwasu 5-amino-2-benzoesowego, zaś pNA oznacza 4-nitroanilinę. Kolejny związek to: związek o wzorze ogólnym: ABZ1-Met2-Lys3-Val4-Trp5-pNA6 gdzie: ABZ oznacza kwas 2-aminobenzoesowy, pNA oznacza 4-nitroanilinę. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest również sposób otrzymywania nowych związków, marker diagnostyczny, zestaw diagnostyczny do zastosowania we wczesnej diagnostyki nowotworu nabłonkowego i/lub stanu zapalnego, sposób diagnozowania nowotworu nabłonkowego i/lub procesu zapalnego w materiale biologicznym ssaka.The subject of the application are new compounds used in the diagnosis of inflammation and cancer. The first two compounds are a compound of the general formula: ABZ1-Leu2-Glu3-Pro4-Val5-X6, where: ABZ is 2-aminobenzoic acid, X is ANB-NH2 or pNA, and ANB-NH2 is 5-amino acid amide -2-benzoic acid and pNA is 4-nitroaniline. The subject of the application is also a method for the preparation of new compounds, a diagnostic marker, a diagnostic kit for use in the early diagnosis of epithelial cancer and / or inflammation, a method for diagnosing epithelial cancer and / or an inflammatory process in biological material of a mammal.
