Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania granulatu nawozu wapniowego z sypkiego materiału wapniowego, polegający na tym, że granulowaniu poddaje się sypki materiał wapniowy, którym jest mączka wapienna jurajska, którą wprowadza się w sposób ciągły do obracającego się granulatora, i na przesypującą się w bębnie lub talerzu mączkę natryskuje się jednocześnie w sposób ciągły roztwór środka wiążącego, którym jest wodny roztwór lignosulfonianu magnezu o stężeniu 1 ÷ 60%, przy czym stosuje się 0,10 - 0,20 kg roztworu/kg mączki wapiennej, korzystnie 0,12 - 0,15 kg roztworu lignosulfonianu magnezu/kg mączki wapiennej i granuluje się w procesie ciągłym, a wytworzony granulat odbiera do leja wysypowego, suszy i wydziela produkt gotowy.
