Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania granulatu nawozu wapniowego i/lub wapniowo-magnezowego pojedynczego lub wieloskładnikowego, polegający na tym, że jako sypki materiał wapienny i/lub dolomitowy stosuje się materiał którym jest: mączka wapienna, lub mączka wapienna z dodatkiem mączki dolomitu i/lub mączki kredy i/lub gipsu, lub mączka dolomitu, lub mączka dolomitu z dodatkiem mączki wapiennej i/lub mączki kredy, i/lub gipsu, lub mączka kredy, lub mączka kredy z dodatkiem mączki wapiennej i/lub mączki dolomitu i/lub gipsu, przygotowany w zasobniku dozującym, który wprowadza się okresowo do mieszalnika, a następnie podczas mieszania na przesypujący się materiał natryskuje się roztwór środka wiążącego, którym jest wodny roztwór lignosulfonianu magnezu, o stężeniu od 1 ÷ 60%, przy czym stosuje się 0,10 - 0,20 kg roztworu lignosulfonianu magnezu/kg materiału wapiennego i/lub dolomitowego, korzystnie 0,12 - 0,15 kg roztworu/kg materiału, i po 1,5 - 5 minutach mieszania nawilżone złoże materiału składuje się w zbiorniku buforowym, z którego podajnikiem w sposób ciągły dostarcza się złoże do obracającego się bębna lub talerza i granuluje w procesie ciągłym, a wytworzony granulat odbiera do leja wysypowego, suszy i oddziela się produkt gotowy.
