Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest 4-hydroksy-4'-metylo-α,β-dihydrochalkon, 3-(4-hydroksyfenylo)-1-(4-metylofenylo)propan-1-ol i 3-(4-hydroksyfenylo)-1,5-di-(4-metylofenylo)pentan-1,5-dion i sposób otrzymywania 4-hydroksy-4'-metylo-α,β-dihydrochalkonu, 3-(4-hydroksyfenylo)-1-(4-metylofenylo)propan-1-olu i 3-(4-hydroksyfenylo)-1,5-di-(4-metylofenylo)pentan-1,5-dionu na drodze transformacji mikrobiologicznej, w którym jako substrat stosuje się 4-hydroksy-4'-metylochalkon, o wzorze 1. Mikrobiologiczne transformacje prowadzi się za pomocą systemu enzymatycznego szczepu bakterii z rodzaju Rhodococcus albo Gordonia.
