Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest 4-hydroksy-4'-metylo-α,β-dihydrochalkon, 3-(4-hydroksyfenylo)-1-(4-metylofenylo)propan-1-ol i 3-(4-hydroksyfenylo)-1,5-di-(4-metylofenylo)pentan-1,5-dion i sposób otrzymywania 4-hydroksy-4'-metylo-α,β-dihydrochalkonu, 3-(4-hydroksyfenylo)-1-(4-metylofenylo)propan-1-olu i 3-(4-hydroksyfenylo)-1,5-di-(4-metylofenylo)pentan-1,5-dionu na drodze transformacji mikrobiologicznej, w którym jako substrat stosuje się 4-hydroksy-4'-metylochalkon, o wzorze 1. Mikrobiologiczne transformacje prowadzi się za pomocą systemu enzymatycznego szczepu bakterii z rodzaju Rhodococcus albo Gordonia.The subject of the application is 4-hydroxy-4'-methyl-α,β-dihydrochalcone, 3-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-1-(4-methylphenyl)propan-1-ol and 3-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-1,5 -di-(4-methylphenyl)pentane-1,5-dione and method for obtaining 4-hydroxy-4'-methyl-α,β-dihydrochalcone, 3-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-1-(4-methylphenyl)propane- 1-ol and 3-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-1,5-di-(4-methylphenyl)pentan-1,5-dione by microbial transformation using 4-hydroxy-4'-methylchalcone as a substrate, of the formula 1. Microbiological transformations are carried out using an enzyme system of a bacterial strain of the genus Rhodococcus or Gordonia.
