Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest 2,4-dihydroksy-4'-metylo-α,β-dihydrochalkon i sposób jednoczesnego otrzymywania 2-hydroksy-4'-metylo-α,β-dihydrochalkonu i 2,4-dihydroksy-4'-metylo-α,β-dihydrochalkonu na drodze transformacji mikrobiologicznej, w którym jako substrat stosuje się 2-hydroksy-4'-metylochalkon, o wzorze 1. Mikrobiologiczne transformacje prowadzi się za pomocą systemu enzymatycznego szczepu bakterii z rodzaju Rhodococcus albo Gordonia.
