Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania paliwa energetycznego na bazie osadu ściekowego charakteryzujący się tym, że uprzednio odwodniony osad ściekowy poddaje się homogenizacji, następnie osad miesza się z wapnem palonym w ilości 0,6 - 1,0 kg CaO/kg suchej masy osadu w temperaturze 135 - 140°C i przy zachowaniu pH w zakresie 11,0 - 12,7, po czym tak ustabilizowany osad poddaje się procesowi granulacji uzyskując granulat lub proszek o średnicy od 0,1 do 5 mm, charakteryzujący się zawartością suchej masy na powyżej 90%, w następnym etapie osad w postaci granulatu miesza się ze słomą i wiórami drzewnymi w proporcji 1:2:7 (osad:słoma:wióry drzewne) i poddaje się peletowaniu w pelleciarce.The subject of the application is a method of producing energy fuel based on sewage sludge, characterized in that the previously dewatered sewage sludge is homogenized, then the sludge is mixed with quicklime in the amount of 0.6 - 1.0 kg CaO / kg of dry sludge at a temperature of 135 - 140 ° C and maintaining the pH in the range of 11.0 - 12.7, then the stabilized sediment is subjected to the granulation process, obtaining granules or powder with a diameter of 0.1 to 5 mm, with a dry matter content of over 90% , in the next step, the sludge in the form of granules is mixed with straw and wood shavings in the proportion 1: 2: 7 (sediment: straw: wood shavings) and pelleted in a pelleting machine.
