Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest aminokwasowa pochodna ibuprofenu, która charakteryzuje się tym, że ma postać o wzorze, gdzie łańcuch alkilowy R stanowi łańcuch etylowy, izopropylowy, propylowy lub butylowy, a w części kationowej ma ester alkilowy L-waliny, zaś część anionową stanowi anion ibuprofenianowy. Zgłoszenie obejmuje też sposób wytwarzania aminokwasowej pochodnej ibuprofenu, polegający na reakcji równomolowej ilości estru alkilowego aminokwasu z kwasem, charakteryzuje się tym, że ester alkilowy L-waliny poddaje się reakcji z kwasem (RS)-2-[4-(2-metylopropylo)fenylo]propanowym, w środowisku rozpuszczalnika organicznego w temperaturze od 25°C do 35°C w czasie od 5 do 15 minut wytwarzając pochodną o wzorze.The subject of the application is an amino acid derivative of ibuprofen, which is characterized in the form of formula wherein the R alkyl chain is ethyl, isopropyl, propyl or butyl, and the cationic part has an L-valine alkyl ester, and the anionic part is the ibuprofenate anion. The application also includes a process for the preparation of the amino acid derivative of ibuprofen by reacting an equimolar amount of the amino acid alkyl ester with an acid, characterized in that the L-valine alkyl ester is reacted with the acid (RS) -2- [4- (2-methylpropyl) phenyl ] propane, in an organic solvent at a temperature of 25 ° C to 35 ° C for 5 to 15 minutes to generate the derivative of formula.
