Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest pochodna naproksenu, która charakteryzuje się tym, że ma postać o wzorze, której część kationową stanowi sprotonowany ester alkilowy L-waliny i gdzie łańcuch alkilowy stanowi łańcuch etylowy, izopropylowy, propylowy lub butylowy, zaś część anionową stanowi anion (2S)-2-(6-metoksynaftalen-2-ylo)propanowy. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest też sposób wytwarzania pochodnej naproksenu, polegający na reakcji kwasu (2S)-2-(6-metoksynaftalen-2-ylo)propanowego i estru alkilowego aminokwasu w ilościach stechiometrycznych. Sposób charakteryzuje się tym, że prowadzi się reakcję estru alkilowego L-waliny z kwasem (2S)-2-(6-metoksynaftalen-2-ylo)propanowym w środowisku rozpuszczalnika organicznego w temperaturze od 25°C do 35°C w czasie od 5 do 15 minut. Pochodna stanowi chiralną sól estrów alkilowych L-waliny.The subject of the application is a naproxen derivative characterized in that it has the form of the formula, the cationic part of which is the protonated alkyl ester of L-valine and where the alkyl chain is an ethyl, isopropyl, propyl or butyl chain, and the anionic part is an anion (2S) - 2- (6-methoxynaphthalen-2-yl) propane. The subject of the application is also a process for the preparation of a naproxen derivative, consisting in the reaction of (2S) -2- (6-methoxynaphthalen-2-yl) propanoic acid and an amino acid alkyl ester in stoichiometric amounts. The method is characterized in that the L-valine alkyl ester is reacted with (2S) -2- (6-methoxynaphthalen-2-yl) propanoic acid in an organic solvent medium at a temperature of 25 ° C to 35 ° C for 5 up to 15 minutes. The derivative is the chiral salt of L-valine alkyl esters.
