Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia są nowe ciecze jonowe z kationem alkano-1,X-bis-(decylodimetyloamoniowym) oraz anionem octanowym, o wzorze ogólnym 2, w którym R oznacza łańcuch węglowy od czterech do dwunastu atomach węgla w łańcuchu alkilowym. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest też sposób ich otrzymywania, który polega na tym, że dibromek alkano-1,X-bis(decylodimetyloamoniowy) o wzorze ogólnym 1, rozpuszcza się w etanolu, lub propanolu, lub izopropanolu, lub butanolu, dalej poddaje się reakcji z solą sodową, lub potasową, lub amonową kwasu octowego, w stosunku molowym dibromku alkano-1,X-bis(decylodimetyloamoniowego) do soli kwasu organicznego 1:2, w temperaturze od 10°C do 50°C, korzystnie 25°C, w czasie co najmniej 15 minut, następnie odsącza się nieorganiczny produkt uboczny, po czym produkt izoluje się i suszy w temperaturze korzystnie 70°C. Zastosowanie obejmuje też zastosowanie nowych cieczy jonowych z kationem alkano-1,X-bis(decylodimetyloamoniowym) oraz anionem octanowym jako bakteriocydy.The subject of the application are new ionic liquids with an alkan-1, X-bis- (decyldimethylammonium) cation and acetate anion, of general formula 2, in which R is a carbon chain from four to twelve carbon atoms in the alkyl chain. The subject of the application is also a method for their preparation, which consists in the fact that the alkan-1, X-bis (decyldimethylammonium) dibromide of general formula 1 is dissolved in ethanol or propanol or isopropanol or butanol, further reacted with salt sodium, potassium or ammonium acetic acid, in a molar ratio of alkan-1, X-bis (decyldimethylammonium) dibromide to a 1: 2 organic acid salt, at a temperature of 10 ° C to 50 ° C, preferably 25 ° C, during at least 15 minutes, then the inorganic by-product is filtered off, after which the product is isolated and dried at a temperature of preferably 70 ° C. The application also includes the use of new ionic liquids with an alkan-1, X-bis (decyldimethylammonium) cation and acetate anion as bactericides.
