Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób otrzymywania 4-izotiocyjano-N-fenyloferrocenokarboksyamidu o wzorze 1, który polega na tym, że N-(4-aminofenylo)ferrocenokarboksyamid poddaje się reakcji z siarkową pochodną metanu użytą w ilości 7 ekwiwalentów w stosunku do amidu w obecności trzeciorzędowej aminy alifatycznej zawierającej 3 - 6 atomów węgla w alkoholu metylowym lub alkoholu etylowym w temperaturze pokojowej, a następnie produkt pośredni poddaje się reakcji z alifatycznym diwęglanem zawierającym 4 - 10 atomów węgla użytym w ilości 1,1 ekwiwalenta w stosunku do kwasu w obecności trzeciorzędowej aminy aromatycznej zawierającej 7 atomów węgla a produkt reakcji wyodrębnia się na drodze ekstrakcji.The subject of the application is a method for the preparation of 4-isothiocyano-N-phenylferrocenecarboxamide of formula 1, which consists in reacting N- (4-aminophenyl) ferrocenecarboxamide with a sulfur derivative of methane used in the amount of 7 equivalents to the amide in the presence of a tertiary amine an aliphatic carbonate containing 3 - 6 carbon atoms in methyl alcohol or ethyl alcohol at room temperature, and then the intermediate is reacted with an aliphatic bicarbonate containing 4 - 10 carbon atoms in an amount of 1.1 equivalents to the acid in the presence of a tertiary aromatic amine containing 7 carbon atoms and the reaction product is isolated by extraction.
