Abstract

Sposób otrzymywania pirenowej pochodnej ferrocenokarboksyamidu o wzorze ogólnym 1, w którym R oznacza atom wodoru (H), charakteryzuje się tym, że 1-karboaldehyd pirenu poddaje się reakcji z N-(4-aminofenylo)ferrocenokarboksyamidem użytym w ilości 1 ekwiwalenta w stosunku do 1-karboaldehydu pirenu w obecności kwasu mrówkowego lub kwasu octowego w alkoholu etylowym lub alkoholu metylowym w temperaturze pokojowej a otrzymaną iminę poddaje się redukcji za pomocą cyjanotrihydroboranu użytego w ilości 5 ekwiwalentów w stosunku do 1-karboaldehydu pirenu i produkt reakcji wyodrębnia się za pomocą odsączenia mieszaniny poreakcyjnej.The method of obtaining a pyrene derivative of ferrocenecarboxamide of the general formula I, in which R is a hydrogen atom (H), is characterized in that pyrene 1-carbaldehyde is reacted with N- (4-aminophenyl) ferrocenecarboxamide used in an amount of 1 equivalent to 1 - pyrene carboxaldehyde in the presence of formic acid or acetic acid in ethyl alcohol or methyl alcohol at room temperature and the obtained imine is reduced with cyanotrihydroborate used in the amount of 5 equivalents to pyrene 1-carboxaldehyde and the reaction product is isolated by filtering the reaction mixture .
