Abstract

Przedmioty zgłoszenia rozwiązują zagadnienie konstrukcji maszyny do wytwarzania wyprasek kompozytu o jednorodnej budowie oraz metody produkcji kompozytu do wykonywania implantów. Istota konstrukcji maszyny polega na tym, że posiada zespół porcjowania, zaś nad blokiem form (14) jest blok prowadzący (11), usytuowany naprzeciwko bloku dozującego, a nad wspomnianym blokiem prowadzącym (11) jest zespół tłoczący (20), osadzony przesuwnie na pionowej ramie (19), który jest wyposażony w co najmniej jedno tłoczysko (25) zakończone ubijakiem (27), przy czym tłoczysko (25) jest umieszczone w korpusie (24), do którego są doprowadzone przewody instalacji pneumatycznej (23). Istota sposobu polega na tym, że przeprowadza się formowanie wstępne wypełniając dokładnie masą rynienkę preformy, po czym z preformy wypycha się masę porcjami do formy, ubijając odrębnie każdą porcję, aż do uzyskania konsystencji o zawartości objętościowej powietrza nie większej 15%.
