Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób otrzymywania materiałów węglowych wzbogaconych w TiO2, z wykorzystaniem metody Stöbera, polegający na przygotowaniu roztworu wody, etanolu, wody amoniakalnej, rezorcyny oraz formaliny, mieszaniu roztworu w temperaturze pokojowej i poddaniu go obróbce ciśnieniowej, charakteryzuje się tym, że do roztworu, przed dodaniem formaliny, dodaje się izopropanolan tytanowy w takiej ilości aby stosunek masowy atomów węgla z rezorcyny do atomów tytanu z izopropanolanu tytanowego był równy od 20: 1 do 10: 1, po czym roztwór poddaje się obróbce ciśnieniowej w solwotermalnym reaktorze mikrofalowym, przez 15 minut, przy ciśnieniu od 1 do 3 MPa. Następnie otrzymany materiał poddaje się pirolizie, po czym materiał płucze się wodą destylowaną i suszy. Pirolizę prowadzi się w atmosferze argonu zwiększając temperaturę o 1°C/min do temperatury 350°C, przetrzymując materiał przez 2 godziny w tej temperaturze, następnie zwiększając temperaturę 1°C/min do temperatury 600°C - 800°C i przetrzymując próbki przez 2 godziny w zadanej temperaturze.The subject of the application is a method of obtaining carbon materials enriched with TiO2, using the Stöber method, consisting in the preparation of a solution of water, ethanol, ammonia water, resorcinol and formalin, mixing the solution at room temperature and subjecting it to pressure treatment, characterized by the fact that the solution, before adding formalin, titanium isopropoxide is added in such an amount that the mass ratio of carbon atoms from resorcinol to titanium atoms from titanium isopropoxide is 20: 1 to 10: 1, after which the solution is subjected to pressure treatment in a microwave solvothermal reactor for 15 minutes , at a pressure of 1 to 3 MPa. Subsequently, the obtained material is subjected to pyrolysis and the material is then rinsed with distilled water and dried. The pyrolysis is carried out under argon by increasing the temperature by 1 ° C / min to 350 ° C, keeping the material for 2 hours at this temperature, then increasing the temperature of 1 ° C / min to 600 ° C - 800 ° C and keeping the samples for 2 hours. 2 hours at the set temperature.
