Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku są symetryczne iminy o wzorze 1, w których jako rdzeń (X) stanowi pięcioczłonowy pierścień tiadiazolowy, a ugrupowania boczne (R) zawierają pochodną trifenyloaminy, znajdujące zastosowanie w wytwarzaniu urządzeń fotowoltaicznych, w szczególności, w ogniwach słonecznych, w postaci warstwy zawierającej te związki. Zgłoszenie obejmuje też sposób otrzymywania symetrycznych imin o wzorze 1, w którym jako rdzeń (X) stanowi pięcioczłonowy pierścień tiadiazolowy, a ugrupowania boczne (R) zawierają pochodną trifenyloaminy, charakteryzuje się tym, że w atmosferze gazu inertnego, korzystnie azotu lub argonu, dodaje się związku o wzorze X, korzystnie w postaci diaminy, do roztworu dimetylacetamidu zawierającego związek o wzorze R, korzystnie w postaci aldehydu, w obecności katalizatora kwasowego i prowadzi się reakcję w przedziale temperatur (140 ÷ 185)°C, w okresie od 24 godzin do 72 godzin. Następnie otrzymaną mieszaninę wlewa się do wody, a otrzymany surowy osad przemywa się etanolem i acetonem. Osad ten w kolejnym etapie rekrystalizuje się w mieszaninie aceton:heksan na zimno. Osad po rekrystalizacji odsącza się i suszy.
