Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku są niesymetryczne iminy z rdzeniem trójfenyloaminowym o wzorze 1, w którym jako ugrupowania boczne (R) zawierają pochodne fenylowe lub benzotizowe, znajdujące zastosowanie w wytwarzaniu urządzeń fotowoltaicznych w szczególności, w ogniwach słonecznych, w postaci warstwy zawierającej te związki. Zgłoszenie obejmuje też sposób otrzymywania niesymetrycznych imin z rdzeniem trójfenyloaminowym o wzorze 1, w którym jako ugrupowania boczne (R) zawierają pochodne fenylowe lub benzotizowe. Sposób charakteryzuje się tym, że w atmosferze gazu inertnego, korzystnie azotu lub argonu, dodaje się związku 4-trójfenyloaminy, korzystnie w postaci aldehydu do związku o wzorze R, korzystnie w postaci aminy, w obecności katalizatora kwasowego i prowadzi się reakcję w przedziale temperatur (140 ÷ 200)°C, w okresie od 24 godzin do 168 godzin. Następnie osad poreakcyjny rozpuszcza się w dimetylacetamidzie. Powstałą mieszaninę wlewa się do wody, a otrzymany surowy osad przemywa się kolejno etanolem i acetonem, a następnie osad ten poddaje się etapowi suszenia.The invention relates to unsymmetrical imines with a triphenylamine core of the formula I in which the side moieties (R) contain phenyl or benzothisic derivatives which are used in the production of photovoltaic devices, in particular, in solar cells, in the form of a layer containing these compounds. The application also covers the preparation of unsymmetrical imines with a triphenylamine core of the formula I, in which the side moieties (R) contain phenyl or benzothiside derivatives. The method is characterized in that, under an inert gas atmosphere, preferably nitrogen or argon, the compound of 4-triphenylamine, preferably in the form of an aldehyde, is added to a compound of formula R, preferably in the form of an amine, in the presence of an acid catalyst and the reaction is carried out in a temperature range ( 140 ÷ 200) ° C, in the period from 24 hours to 168 hours. Then the reaction precipitate is dissolved in dimethylacetamide. The resulting mixture is poured into water, and the obtained crude solid is washed successively with ethanol and acetone, and then this solid is subjected to a drying step.
