Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest aptamer DNA wykazujący powinowactwo do metki Lys i posiadający sekwencję nukleotydową przedstawioną jako Sekw. Nr Id. 1. Zgłoszenie obejmuje również zastosowanie ww oligonukleotydu do wytwarzania cząsteczki posiadającej powinowactwo do metki Lys, w szczególności: do detekcji cząsteczki zawierającej metkę Lys, do wiązania cząsteczki zawierającej metkę Lys, do oczyszczania cząsteczki zawierającej metkę Lys.
