Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób otrzymywania in vitro antygenowo-specyficznych limfocytów T namnażanych, znakowanych przeciwciałami monoklonalnymi, sortowanych, gdzie specyficzność antygenowa oceniana jest w testach funkcjonalnych, w których limfocyty antygenowo-specyficzne, wysortowane na podstawie niskiej fluorescencji są bardziej aktywne od limfocytów niespecyficznych, o wysokiej fluorescencji podczas sortowania; przy czym aktywność jest definiowana w przypadku limfocytów T regulatorowych jako hamowanie funkcji limfocytów efektorowych, a w przypadku limfocytów T efektorowych oznacza nasilenie cech tych komórek takich jak proliferacja, produkcja cytokin i czynników cytotoksycznych.
