Abstract
Wynalazek dotyczy krystalicznej formy kompleksu bis(L-arginina)di(tiocyjaniano)miedź(II) hydrat 1/2, znajdującej zastosowanie jako składnik leku o wolnym uwalnianiu i kontrolowanym stężeniu teofiliny. Wynalazek zapewnia również sposób wytwarzania krystalicznej formy kompleksu bis(L-arginina)di(tiocyjaniano)miedź(II) hydrat 1/2, który charakteryzuje się tym, że jedną część molową uwodnionej soli mrówczanu miedzi (II), rozpuszcza się w wodzie i poddaje się reakcji z jedną częścią molową wodnego roztworu L-argininy, po czym powstałą mieszaninę poddaje się reakcji z dwiema lub trzema częściami molowymi wodnego roztworu KSCN, po 1 dniu otrzymuje się zielony proszek, który odfiltrowuje się a klarowną mieszaninę pozostawia się do dalszego powolnego odparowywania a po minimum 20 dniach otrzymuje się krystaliczną formę bis(L-arginina)di(tiocyjaniano)miedź(II) hydrat 1/2.The invention relates to a crystalline form of the complex bis (L-arginine) di (thiocyanate) copper (II) hydrate 1/2, which is used as a drug component with a slow release and controlled concentration of theophylline. The invention also provides a method for the preparation of a crystalline form of the bis (L-arginine) di (thiocyanate) copper (II) hydrate 1/2 complex, which is characterized in that one mole part of hydrated copper (II) formate salt is dissolved in water and subjected to is reacted with one part by mole of aqueous L-arginine, then the resulting mixture is reacted with two or three parts by mole of aqueous solution of KSCN, after 1 day a green powder is obtained, which is filtered off and the clear mixture is allowed to evaporate further slowly and after a minimum of 20 days, the crystalline form of bis (L-arginine) di (thiocyanato) copper (II) hydrate 1/2 is obtained.
