Abstract
Wynalazek dotyczy krystalicznej formy kompleksu azydek bis(L-arginina)azydomiedzi(II)bis(L-arginina)diazydomiedź(II) hydrat 1/6 znajdującej zastosowanie jako składnik leku o działaniu przeciwgrzybicznym i antybakteryjnym. Wynalazek zapewnia również sposób wytwarzania krystalicznej formy kompleksu azydek bis(L-arginina)azydomiedzi(II)bis(L-arginina)diazydomiedź(II) hydrat 1/6 który charakteryzuje się tym, że jedną część molową uwodnionej soli chlorku miedzi (II), rozpuszcza się w wodzie i poddaje się reakcji z dwoma lub trzema częściami molowymi wodnego roztworu L-argininy, następnie powstałą mieszaninę poddaje się reakcji z dwoma lub trzema częściami molowymi wodnego roztworu KN3, po czym klarowną mieszaninę pozostawia się do powolnego odparowywania w temperaturze pokojowej, a po minimum 30 dniach otrzymuje się krystaliczną formę azydek bis(L-arginina)azydomiedzi(II)bis(L-arginina)diazydomiedź(II) hydrat 1/6.The invention relates to the crystalline form of the bis (L-arginine) azide complex (II) bis (L-arginine) diazide copper (II) hydrate 1/6 for use as an antifungal and antibacterial drug component. The invention also provides a method for the preparation of the crystalline form of the bis (L-arginine) azide complex (II) bis (L-arginine) diazide copper (II) hydrate 1/6, which is characterized in that one molar part of the hydrated copper (II) chloride salt is is dissolved in water and reacted with two or three parts by mole of L-arginine aqueous solution, then the resulting mixture is reacted with two or three parts by mole of aqueous KN3 solution, after which the clear mixture is allowed to evaporate slowly at room temperature, and after a minimum of 30 days, the crystalline form of bis (L-arginine) azide, copper (II) azide, bis (L-arginine) diazide, copper (II) hydrate 1/6 is obtained.
