Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania kwasu 2-pentylobenzoesowego charakteryzującego się tym, że do płynnej hodowli Aspergillus ochraceus AM456, w fazie stacjonarnej, dodaje się substrat 3-n-butylidenoftalid o wzorze 1, rozpuszczony w rozpuszczalniku mieszającym się z wodą, przy czym proces prowadzony jest do całkowitego przereagowania substratu, następnie dodaje się wodorowęglan sodu do momentu aż przestanie wydzielać się dwutlenek węgla, kolejno produkt oczyszcza się krystalizując z wody i/lub oczyszczając na żelu krzemionkowym stosując eluent o składzie dichlorometan i metanol.
