Abstract
Przedmiot wynalazku stanowią startery oligonukleotydowe do wykrywania patogenów grzybowych z rodzaju Phytophthora o sekwencjach nr 1 i 2, jak przedstawiono na liście sekwencji. Przedmiotem wynalazku jest również sposób wykrywania fitopatogenicznych grzybów z rodzaju Phytophthora z zastosowaniem w reakcji PCR lub qPCR powyższej pary starterów.The subject of the invention are oligonucleotide primers for the detection of the fungal pathogens of the genus Phytophthora having sequences Nos. 1 and 2 as shown in the sequence listing. The invention also relates to a method of detecting phytophthora fungi using the above pair of primers in a PCR or qPCR reaction.
