Abstract

Zgłoszenie dotyczy sposobu zabezpieczenia górotworu w rejonie skrzyżowania wyrobisk chodnikowych w górnictwie podziemnym węgla kamiennego. Przynajmniej z jednego z krzyżujących się chodników (A, B) w trakcie jego drążenia wierci się otwory iniekcyjne łukowe (4, 6) w stropie skrzyżowania (1), wzdłużne do tego chodnika (A, B) i o długości (L1, L3) przekraczającej długości (L2, L4) skrzyżowania (1), skierowane wypukłością w górę, w głąb skał stropu. Następnie w te otwory iniekcyjne łukowe (4, 6) zatłacza się środki wiążące pod ciśnieniem wyższym od mechanicznej wytrzymałości na ściskanie skał w stropie skrzyżowania (1). Korzystnie otwory iniekcyjne łukowe (4, 6) wierci się w obu chodnikach (A, B) skrzyżowania (1) tak, że w każdym z nich mają one różne przewyższenia względem powierzchni stropu skrzyżowania (1) i mają przebiegi wzajemnie poprzeczne.The application concerns the method of securing the rock mass in the area of the intersection of heading workings in the underground hard coal mining industry. Arched injection holes (4, 6) are drilled from at least one of the intersecting galleries (A, B) in the course of its drilling, longitudinal injection holes (A, B) in the ceiling of the intersection (1), lengthwise (A, B) and length (L1, L3) exceeding of the length (L2, L4) of the intersection (1), with their convexity directed upwards, deep into the roof rocks. Then, binders are injected into these arched injection holes (4, 6) under a pressure higher than the mechanical compressive strength of the rocks in the roof of the intersection (1). Preferably, arched injection holes (4, 6) are drilled in both roadways (A, B) of the intersection (1) so that in each of them they have different elevations relative to the ceiling surface of the intersection (1) and have mutually transverse runs.
