Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób wytwarzania suchego ekstraktu z liścia melisy charakteryzujący się tym, że obejmuje następujące etapy: a) dwustopniową ekstrakcję wodną stosując wodę w ilości od 6 do 10 razy więcej w porównaniu do ilości rośliny; b) filtrację wstępną i mikrofiltrację; c) ultrafiltrację; d) nanofiltrację permeatu z procesu ultrafiltracji; e) diafiltrację retentatu na membranie nanoflitracyjnej, f) suszenie próżniowe lub rozpyłowe.
