Abstract

Sposób przygotowywania półproduktu do wykonywania uszczelki, stanowiącego pastę zawierającą sproszkowany materiał uszczelniający, rozpuszczalnik, spoiwo i plastyfikator, zgodnie z wynalazkiem cechuje się tym, że stosuje się od 50 do 80% objętościowych sproszkowanego materiału uszczelniającego w stosunku do objętości rozpuszczalnika, od 1 do 15% wagowych spoiwa w stosunku do masy sproszkowanego materiału uszczelniającego, od 1 do 20% wagowych plastyfikatora w stosunku do masy sproszkowanego materiału uszczelniającego. Przygotowując półprodukt rozpuszczalnik miesza się ze spoiwem i plastyfikatorem aż do osiągniecia jednorodności. Następnie dodaje się sproszkowany materiał uszczelniający, po czym ponownie miesza się aż do osiągniecia jednorodności. Przedmiotem wynalazku jest również półprodukt oraz sposób wykonywania uszczelki z wykorzystaniem tego półproduktu.
