Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób otrzymywania poli(katechiny), który polega na tym, że w pierwszej kolejności sporządza się roztwór (+)-katechiny w roztworze wodnym wodorotlenku sodu stosując, następnie tak sporządzony roztwór dodaje się do roztworu lecytyny w cykloheksanie, po czym całość miesza się przez 2 godziny z szybkością 1000 obrotów/minutę w temperaturze pokojowej i po tym czasie dodaje się eter diglicydylowy glicerolu, miesza całość z szybkością 1000 obrotów/minutę w czasie 2 godziny i w końcu otrzymany produkt, który stanowi poli(katechina) przemywa się dwukrotnie cykloheksanem z odwirowaniem z szybkością 6000 obrotów/minutę w temperaturze pokojowej i suszy się w temperaturze 35°C przez 72 godziny.The subject of the application is a method for the preparation of poly (catechin), which consists in preparing a solution of (+) - catechin in an aqueous solution of sodium hydroxide using the solution, then adding the solution prepared in this way to the solution of lecithin in cyclohexane, and then mixing for 2 hours at 1000 rpm at room temperature, after this time glycerol diglycidyl ether is added, the whole is stirred at 1000 rpm for 2 hours and finally the poly (catechin) product obtained is washed twice with cyclohexane with centrifugation at 6,000 rpm at room temperature and dried at 35 ° C for 72 hours.
