Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest laminat magnez-węgiel i sposób jego wytwarzania. Laminat magnez-węgiel, według wynalazku, charakteryzuje się tym, że w części środkowej laminatu znajduje się warstwa włókniny poliestrowej (4) o grubości od 3 mm do 9 mm i o gramaturze 339 g/m2. Do obu powierzchni warstwy włókniny poliestrowej (4) przylegają adhezyjnie cztery, jednakowe warstwy kompozytu polimerowego na bazie włókien węglowych połączonych żywicą epoksydową (3) o grubości 0,2 mm każda, które przylegają adhezyjnie do warstwy żywicy polimerowej (3) o grubości 1 µm. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest także sposób wytwarzania laminatu magnez-węgiel, który polega na tym, że na jeden z arkuszy blachy (1) ze stopu magnezu o grubości od 0,2 mm do 1 mm posiadający na obu powierzchniach warstwę ceramiczną (2) o grubości od 5 µm do 20 µm nakłada się kolejno cztery, jednakowe warstwy kompozytu polimerowego na bazie włókien węglowych połączonych żywicą epoksydową (3) o grubości 0,2 mm każda, po czym nakłada się warstwę włókniny poliestrowej (4) o grubości od 3 mm do 9 mm i o gramaturze 339 g/m2.The subject of the invention is a magnesium-carbon laminate and a method of its production. The magnesium-carbon laminate according to the invention is characterized in that in the central part of the laminate there is a layer of non-woven polyester (4) with a thickness of 3 mm to 9 mm and a basis weight of 339 g / m2. Four identical layers of polymer composite based on carbon fibers bonded with epoxy resin (3) with a thickness of 0.2 mm each adhesively adhere to both surfaces of the polyester non-woven layer (4), which adhere adhesively to the polymer resin layer (3) with a thickness of 1 µm. The subject of the application is also a method of manufacturing a magnesium-carbon laminate, which consists in the fact that one sheet (1) of a magnesium alloy with a thickness of 0.2 mm to 1 mm has a ceramic layer (2) on both surfaces with a thickness of from 0.2 mm to 1 mm. 5 µm to 20 µm, four identical layers of a polymer composite based on carbon fibers bonded with epoxy resin (3) with a thickness of 0.2 mm each are placed, followed by a layer of polyester non-woven fabric (4) with a thickness of 3 mm to 9 mm and with a grammage of 339 g / m2.
