Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest laminat aluminium-węgiel i sposób jego wytwarzania. Laminat aluminium-węgiel, według wynalazku, charakteryzuje się tym, że w części środkowej laminatu znajduje się warstwa włókniny poliestrowej (5) o grubości od 3 mm do 9 mm i o gramaturze 339 g/m2. Do obu powierzchni warstwy włókniny poliestrowej (5) przylegają adhezyjnie cztery, jednakowe warstwy kompozytu polimerowego na bazie włókien węglowych połączonych żywicą epoksydową (4) o grubości 0,2 mm każda, które przylegają adhezyjnie do warstwy żywicy polimerowej (3) o grubości 1 µm. Zgłoszenie obejmuje także sposób wytwarzania laminatu aluminium-węgiel, który polega na tym, że na dwa arkusze blachy (1) ze stopu aluminium o grubości od 0,2 mm do 1 mm posiadające na obu powierzchniach warstwę ceramiczną (2) o grubości od 8 µm do 12 µm nakłada się obustronnie warstwę żywicy polimerowej (3) o grubości 1 µm, po czym pozostawia się na czas 30 min w temperaturze 23°C. Następnie suszy się w czasie 60 min w temperaturze 121°C w suszarce elektrycznej.The subject of the invention is an aluminum-carbon laminate and a method of its production. The aluminum-carbon laminate according to the invention is characterized in that in the central part of the laminate there is a layer of non-woven polyester (5) with a thickness of 3 mm to 9 mm and a basis weight of 339 g / m2. Four identical layers of polymer composite based on carbon fibers bonded with epoxy resin (4) with a thickness of 0.2 mm each adhesively adhere to both surfaces of the polyester non-woven layer (5), which adhesively adhere to the polymer resin layer (3) with a thickness of 1 µm. The application also covers a method of producing an aluminum-carbon laminate, which consists in the fact that two sheets (1) of aluminum alloy with a thickness of 0.2 mm to 1 mm having a ceramic layer (2) with a thickness of 8 µm on both surfaces up to 12 µm, a 1 µm thick layer of polymer resin (3) is applied on both sides, then left for 30 min at 23 ° C. Then it is dried for 60 minutes at 121 ° C in an electric dryer.
