Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest laminat magnez-szkło-węgiel i sposób jego wytwarzania. Laminat, charakteryzuje się tym, że w części środkowej laminatu znajduje się warstwa włókniny poliestrowej (5) o grubości od 3 mm do 9 mm i o gramaturze 339 g/m2. Do obu powierzchni warstwy włókniny poliestrowej (5) przylegają adhezyjnie dwie, jednakowe warstwy kompozytu polimerowego na bazie włókien węglowych połączonych żywicą epoksydową (4) o grubości 0,2 mm każda, do których przylegają adhezyjnie dwie, jednakowe warstwy kompozytu polimerowego na bazie włókien szklanych połączonych żywicą epoksydową (3) o grubości 0,2 mm każda. Sposób wytwarzania laminatu magnez-szkło-węgiel, polega na tym, że na jeden z arkuszy blachy (1) ze stopu magnezu o grubości od 0,2 mm do 1 mm posiadający na obu powierzchniach warstwę ceramiczną (2) o grubości od 5 µm do 20 µm nakłada się kolejno dwie, jednakowe warstwy kompozytu polimerowego na bazie włókien szklanych (3) połączonych żywicą epoksydową o grubości 0,2 mm każda. Następnie nakłada się kolejno dwie, jednakowe warstwy kompozytu polimerowego na bazie włókien węglowych połączonych żywicą epoksydową (4) o grubości 0,2 mm każda.The subject of the invention is a magnesium-glass-carbon laminate and a method of its production. The laminate is characterized by the fact that in the central part of the laminate there is a layer of polyester non-woven fabric (5) with a thickness of 3 mm to 9 mm and a grammage of 339 g / m2. Two identical layers of polymer composite based on carbon fibers bonded with epoxy resin (4) with a thickness of 0.2 mm each adhesively adhere to both surfaces of the polyester non-woven layer (5), to which two identical layers of polymer composite based on glass fibers bonded adhere. epoxy resin (3) 0.2 mm thick each. The method of producing the magnesium-glass-carbon laminate consists in the fact that one sheet (1) made of a magnesium alloy with a thickness of 0.2 mm to 1 mm, having a ceramic layer (2) with a thickness of 5 μm to 1 mm on both surfaces. 20 µm, two identical layers of a polymer composite based on glass fibers (3) bonded with an epoxy resin with a thickness of 0.2 mm each are applied in succession. Then two identical layers of a polymer composite based on carbon fibers bonded with epoxy resin (4) with a thickness of 0.2 mm each are applied successively.
