Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania aromatycznego plastyfikatora TRAE, który polega na tym, że wsad zawierający od 65 do 100 części masowych pozostałości próżniowej z ropy naftowej parafinowo-siarkowo-asfaltowej, o temperaturze wrzenia frakcji 5% powyżej 485°C, zawartości asfaltenów poniżej 14% mas. oraz od 0 do 35 części masowych frakcji zaciemnionej z destylacji próżniowej ropy naftowej o temperaturze wrzenia frakcji 5% powyżej 444°C, lepkości kinematycznej w temperaturze 100°C powyżej 31 mm<sup>2</sup>/s i zawartości asfaltenów poniżej 5% mas., poddaje się odasfaltowaniu propanem przy stosunku masowym wsadu do propanu 1:3,6 ÷ 10,5 przy temperaturze: dół kolumny 30 ÷ 60°C oraz góra kolumny 45 ÷ 90°C, a następnie uzyskany deasfaltyzat (DAO) rafinuje się mieszaniną furfurolu z współrozpuszczalnikiem formamidem w ilości od 2% do 5% m/m, w przeliczeniu na masę mieszaniny rozpuszczalników, przy stosunku masowym deasfaltyzat:mieszanina furfurol + formamid wynoszącym 1:2,0 ÷ 4,8 i temperaturze rafinacji: dół kolumny 110 ÷ 132°C, góra kolumny 132 ÷ 144°C, po czym uzyskany ekstrakt po wydzieleniu furfurolu, charakteryzujący się współczynnikiem załamania światła n<sub>D</sub><sup>70</sup> wyższym lub równym 1,5428, zawartością PCA ok.3,0 do 6,0% i lepkością kinematyczną w temperaturze 100°C ok. 53,63 mm<sup>2</sup>/s poddaje się ponownej rafinacji mieszaniną furfurolu z współrozpuszczalnikiem formamidem w ilości od 2% do 10% m/m, w przeliczeniu na masę mieszaniny rozpuszczalników przy stosunku masowym ekstrakt:mieszanina furfurol + formamid wynoszącym 1:1,0 ÷ 2,5 i temperaturze ekstrakcji: dół kolumny 82 ÷ 108°C, góra kolumny 107 ÷ 134°C, i uzyskuje się rafinat, który po oddestylowaniu rozpuszczalników spełnia wymagania plastyfikatora aromatycznego TRAE.The subject of the application is a method of producing the TRAE aromatic plasticizer, which consists in the feed containing 65 to 100 parts by mass of vacuum residue from paraffin-sulphur-asphalt crude oil, with a fraction boiling point of 5% above 485°C, asphaltenes content below 14% mass. and from 0 to 35 parts by mass of dark fraction from the vacuum distillation of crude oil with a fraction boiling point of 5% above 444°C, kinematic viscosity at 100°C above 31 mm<sup>2</sup>/s and asphaltenes content below 5% mass, is deasphalted with propane at a mass ratio of charge to propane of 1:3.6 ÷ 10.5 at the temperature: column bottom 30 ÷ 60°C and column top 45 ÷ 90°C, and then the obtained deasphaltizate (DAO) is refined a mixture of furfurol with the co-solvent formamide in the amount of 2% to 5% m/m, calculated on the mass of the solvent mixture, with the mass ratio of deasphaltizate: furfurol + formamide mixture of 1: 2.0 ÷ 4.8 and refining temperature: column bottom 110 ÷ 132°C, the top of the column 132 ÷ 144°C, then the extract obtained after separation of furfurol, characterized by a refractive index n<sub>D</sub><sup>70</sup> higher than or equal to 1.5428, PCA content of approx. 3.0 to 6.0% and kinematic viscosity at 100 °C approx. 53.63 mm<sup>2</sup>/s is re-refined with a mixture of furfurol and formamide co-solvent in the amount of 2% to 10% m/m, calculated on the mass of the solvent mixture at the mass ratio extract: furfurol + formamide mixture of 1:1.0 ÷ 2.5 and extraction temperature: column bottom 82 ÷ 108°C, column top 107 ÷ 134°C, and a raffinate is obtained, which after distilling off the solvents meets the requirements of the TRAE aromatic plasticizer.
