Abstract

Wynalazek dotyczy sposobu aktywacji właściwości bakteriobójczych 2-hydroksy-3-(3-metylobut-2-enylo)-1,4-naftochinonu, tj. lapacholu, wobec naturalnie opornej pałeczki ropy błękitnej, tj. Pseudomonas aeruginosa, za pomocą srebra, zwłaszcza w formie nanocząstek srebra. Według wynalazku mieszanina zawiera działającą bakteriobójczo wobec P. aeruginosa dawkę srebra oraz 2-hydroksy-3-(3-metylobut-2-enylo)-1,4-naftochinonu zwanego lapacholem. Wynalazek dotyczy również medycznego zastosowania mieszaniny do zwalczania P. aeruginosa jako środka o działaniu przeciwbakteryjnym do stosowania zewnętrznie, tj. na skórę lub rany.The invention relates to a method of activating the bactericidal properties of 2-hydroxy-3- (3-methylbut-2-enyl) -1,4-naphthoquinone, i.e. lapachol, against a naturally resistant blue oil rod, i.e. Pseudomonas aeruginosa, with silver, especially in in the form of silver nanoparticles. According to the invention, the mixture contains a bactericidal dose of silver against P. aeruginosa and 2-hydroxy-3- (3-methylbut-2-enyl) -1,4-naphthoquinone called lapachol. The invention also relates to the medical use of the mixture for controlling P. aeruginosa as an antibacterial agent for topical application, i.e. to the skin or wounds.
