Abstract

Pierwszym przedmiotem wynalazku jest kompozycja w postaci nanoemulsji na bazie oleju roślinnego, charakteryzująca się tym, że zawiera olej roślinny, który stanowi olej rzepakowy, w ilości od 10 do 60 części masowych oleju rzepakowego, od 12 do 20 części masowych poloksameru 188, od 40 do 60 części masowych wody oczyszczonej, od 1 do 12 części masowych Spanu 80, od 5 do 20 części masowych poliolu, od 0,10 do 0,50 części masowych kwasu mlekowego, od 0,5 do 5,0 części masowych klotrimazolu, przy czym krople fazy olejowej mają średnicę hydrodynamiczną od 50 nm do 70 nm. Drugim przedmiotem wynalazku jest kompozycja wielofazowa na bazie nanoemulsji oleju roślinnego, charakteryzująca się tym, że zawiera fazę polisacharydową w ilości od 10 do 50 części masowych i nanoemulsję wg pierwszego przedmiotu wynalazku w ilości od 50 do 90 części masowych, przy czym kompozycja wielofazowa ma postać nanoemulżelu, przy czym kompozycja wielofazowa ma lepkość dynamiczną od 220 mPa•s do 580 mPa•s. Wynalazek obejmuje także sposoby otrzymywania rzeczonych kompozycji.The first object of the invention is a composition in the form of a nanoemulsion based on vegetable oil, characterized in that it contains vegetable oil, which is rapeseed oil, in an amount of 10 to 60 parts by mass of rapeseed oil, 12 to 20 parts by mass of poloxamer 188, 40 to 60 parts by mass of purified water, from 1 to 12 parts by mass of Span 80, from 5 to 20 parts by mass of polyol, from 0.10 to 0.50 parts by mass of lactic acid, from 0.5 to 5.0 parts by mass of clotrimazole, with the oil phase droplets have a hydrodynamic diameter of 50 nm to 70 nm. The second subject of the invention is a multi-phase composition based on vegetable oil nanoemulsion, characterized in that it contains a polysaccharide phase in an amount of 10 to 50 parts by mass and a nanoemulsion according to the first subject of the invention in an amount of 50 to 90 parts by mass, wherein the multi-phase composition is in the form of a nanoemulgel wherein the multiphase composition has a dynamic viscosity of from 220 mPa•s to 580 mPa•s. The invention also includes methods for preparing said compositions.
