Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku są liniowe bio-poliole poliestrowe oraz sposób ich otrzymywania. Sposób charakteryzuje się tym, że w pierwszym etapie bio-kwas azelainowy lub bio-kwas bursztynowy lub mieszanina bio-kwasu azelainowego z bio-kwasem bursztynowym, przy stosunku molowym obu bio-kwasów w zakresie odpowiednio od 5 : 1 do 1 : 5, miesza się z bio-l,3-propanodiolem pochodzenia naturalnego albo bio-1,4-butanodiolem pochodzenia naturalnego albo mieszaniną bio-1,3-propanodiolu z bio-1,4-butanodiolem przy stosunku molowym obu bio-glikoli w zakresie odpowiednio od 5 : 1 do 1 : 5. Stosuje się nadmiar bio-glikolu lub mieszaniny bio-glikoli tak, aby stosunek molowy bio-kwasu lub mieszaniny bio-kwasów do bio-glikolu lub mieszaniny bio-glikoli we wszystkich przypadkach wynosił od 1 : 1,10 do 1 : 1,40. Następnie uzyskaną mieszaninę ogrzewa się w pierwszym etapie przez 6 - 10 godzin w temperaturze od 140 do 160 C w atmosferze gazu obojętnego, po czym przeprowadza się w drugim etapie proces polikondensacji w ten sposób, że mieszaninę ogrzewa się do temperatury od 160 do 180 C i reakcję prowadzi się pod obniżonym ciśnieniem, zaś proces polikondensacji prowadzi się do momentu osiągniecia przez produkt liczby kwasowej mniejszej od 3 mg KOH/g. Liniowe bio-poliole mają liczbę kwasową mniejszą od 3 mg KOH/g, liczbę hydroksylową powyżej 30 mg KOH/g oraz funkcyjność 2.
