Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest zespół zaworowy rozdzielacza z ruchomym gniazdem przesuwnym, który uwidacznia, przeznaczony do sterowania kierunkiem przepływu medium hydraulicznego, w którym to w jednym ciągu osiowo posadowione są i stykają się ze sobą: korpus zaworu spływowego (7), tulejka (4), gniazdo zasilania (3) i korpus zaworu zasilającego (1). W osi tych czterech elementów mogą przemieszczać się tłoczek spływowy (6), gniazdo przesuwne (5) i tulejka zaworowa (2), przy czym gniazdo przesuwne (5) ma możliwość swobodnego ruchu między powierzchnia pierścieniową (21) tulejki (4), a występem w korpusie zaworu spływowego (20). Z wystającą z zespołu zaworowego częścią walcową tłoczka sterującego (6) współdziała układ dźwigniowy w postaci dwóch dźwigni sterującej (23) i pośredniej (27), przy czym dźwignia pośrednia (27) bezpośrednio styka się tłoczkiem spływowym (6). Zasada działania zespołu zaworowego rozdzielacza z ruchomym gniazdem przesuwnym (5), przeznaczonego do sterowania kierunkiem przepływu medium hydraulicznego oparta jest o działanie rozdzielacza trzydrogowego dwupołożeniowego sterowanego ręcznie.
