Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób wytwarzania spieków z nanoproszków półprzewodnika typu kesterytu Cu<sub>2</sub>ZnSnS<sub>4</sub>, przeznaczonych do produkcji warstw czynnych w cienkowarstwowych ogniwach fotowoltaicznych. Nanoproszki beztlenowego półprzewodnika typu kesterytu Cu<sub>2</sub>ZnSnS<sub>4</sub>, z prekursorów metalicznych Cu, Sn, Zn i siarki S lub siarczków Cu<sub>2</sub>S, ZnS, SnS i siarki S, mieli się w wysokoenergetycznym młynie kulowym z dodatkiem cieczy dyspergującej w postaci ksylenu przy prędkości obrotowej młyna od 900 do 1100 obr./min., w stosunku masowym 1:1, przez okres od 4 do 20 godzin. Następnie formuje się kształtki i poddaje je spiekaniu pod ciśnieniem od 3 do 11 GPa, w temperaturze od 300 do 800°C, przez okres od 1 minuty do 10 godzin. Korzystnie, przed uformowaniem kształtek wygrzewa się przereagowaną mieszaninę prekursorów w temperaturze od 400 do 600°C w atmosferze przepływającego argonu, przez okres od 4 do 12 godzin.
