Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób immobilizacji enzymów na stałym nośniku, który polega na tym, że nośnik nieorganiczny miesza się z cieczą jonową posiadającą anion trifluorometanosulfonowy o wzorze ogólnym 1, gdzie R<sub>1</sub> oznacza H lub alkany liniowe C<sub>n</sub>H<sub>2n+2</sub>, gdzie n=1-12, a R<sub>2</sub>, R<sub>3</sub>, R<sub>4</sub>, to alkany liniowe C<sub>n</sub>H<sub>2n+2</sub>, gdzie n=1-18 przy stosunku masowym cieczy jonowej do nośnika wynoszącym od 1% do 500% w niepolarnym rozpuszczalniku, proces prowadzi się w temperaturze od 0°C do 60°C w czasie od 5 min do 600 min., sączy próżniowo i przepłukuje 1 do 10 porcjami niepolarnego rozpuszczalnika, następnie suszy w temperaturze od 40°C do 60°C, otrzymany materiał wytrząsa się z enzymem CALB (Candida antarctica Lipase B) oraz Aspergillus oryzae w stosunku masowym od 10% do 1000% w polarnym rozpuszczalniku w temperaturze od 20°C do 40°C w czasie od 15 min. do 600 min., po czym materiał ponownie sączy się i przepłukuje 1 do 10 porcjami wody oraz suszy próżniowo pod ciśnieniem od 0,01 mbar do 1,00 mbar w temperaturze od 20°C do 40°C w czasie od 2h do 24h.
